524Care offers a range of healthcare recruitment services to clients that require innovative, cost effective and high quality temporary staffing solutions to meet all needs and budgets. While we work with many of our clients on a contractual basis where we can anticipate staffing requirements, there’s always the unforeseen emergency – and our 24 hour service means that we can find the right, skilled healthcare professional at any time, day or night.
Our Carers are fully qualified and subject to an induction training course that covers all the National Minimum Standards (NMS) for the sector. On-going training and supervision is statutory for all our staff in a continuous programme of improvement and development.
